Here in our cosy Telford studio, it’s just you, me, and the pole. No group pressure, no keeping up with others, no worry about what anyone else thinks. Just pure focus on your goals, your progress, and your confidence.

From complete beginners taking their very first spin to advanced pole dancers perfecting their moves, I’m here to be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.

Why I started Pure Pole Fitness

I discovered pole fitness in 2022 when I booked my first private pole lesson as I was nervous about trying a group classes (yep, I’ve been there too!). What I found was so much more than a workout – I found confidence, strength, and a whole new appreciation for what my body could do.

When I saw how Pole was transforming not only my body, but my outlook on life, I knew I had to share that feeling with others.

So I took my training qualification with XPERT and maintain a enhanced DBS check to teach both adults and children.

Since then, I’ve had the absolute privilege of being part of so many incredible pole journeys. I’ve watched students surprise themselves, push past their “I can’t” moments, and discover just how strong and capable they truly are.

That’s what Pure Pole Fitness is all about – your transformation, your timeline, your way.

All the focus is on YOU
In a private session, we’re not working through a set syllabus, sharing equipment or waiting for others. Every lesson is tailored to where you are right now and where you want to go.

All lessons are 1 hour in length and taught in my private studio where you are the focus.

Individual Session

A individual session delivered in our cosy private studio. Tailored to your own goals and with progress tracking so you can see feedback on how you are progressing.

 

Paired

£30

A paried session where you can bring along a friend or loved one to try with you. Time is divided between the two of you. Paired sessions make some great memories and gifts.

I’ve never done pole fitness before. Is that okay?

Of course! Pole fitness is for everyone, no matter your experience or fitness level. We’ll start from the basics and build your strength and confidence at your own pace. 

To begin with, you can wear leggings or joggers. As you progress, you will need skin contact to help you grip the pole so shorts work well. Don’t worry about looking a certain way—come dressed comfortably and ready to move. Avoid using lotion before your session as it can make the pole slippery.

Yes! Our 1-2-1 lessons are completely private, so it will just be you and your instructor, Emma. This creates a comfortable space where you can focus and progress at your own pace without distractions.

I only take photos or record at the students request. This is a great way to track progress or see the mechanics of a move. I will take these on your phone, or if you want me to take them on mine they will be deleted after they have been sent to you.

Every student has a personalised profile where I record your lessons, track which moves you’ve mastered, note what we’re working on, and celebrate your wins. This means each session builds on the last, and your training is always tailored to exactly where you are in your journey.

Absolutely! It’s completely normal to feel nervous before trying something new. Rest assured, Pure Pole Fitness is a supportive and judgment-free space. We’ll go at your pace, and you’ll soon feel comfortable and confident.

Yes! Pole fitness is for everyone. No matter your age, body type, or fitness level, pole is a fantastic way to build strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.

Everyone progresses at their own pace, but many people notice improvements in strength and confidence after just a few sessions. The key is consistency, and we’ll celebrate every milestone along the way!
