Located in my cosy studio Telford, just 5 minutes from Telford Town Centre. Pure Pole Fitness is run by Emma. Her passion for the art and the confidence it brought her inspired her to share that joy with other women. Emma believes in the power of pole fitness to strengthen both body and mind, and she’s dedicated to creating a space where women can feel empowered, supported, and free to explore their potential.

Meet your Instructor

Emma is the founder and instructor at Pure Pole Fitness, based in Telford. She is a XPERT trained Instructor.

 “I discovered pole fitness nearly four years ago and instantly fell in love—not just with the workout but with the incredible confidence it brought me. I wanted to pass that feeling on to other women, especially those who might feel intimidated by group classes or find the culture of some studios to be more competitive than uplifting. That’s why I created Pure Pole Fitness, a space where strength, flexibility and empowerment can thrive.

My favourite part of teaching is seeing a student’s face light up when they master a new move and watching their confidence bloom over time. I can’t wait to get you started on your Pole Journey!”

Warm-Up
Every class begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement and reduce the risk of injury. Expect a mix of yoga-inspired stretches, gentle cardio, and mobility exercises to awaken your muscles and get you ready to shine.

Skills Training
Next, we dive into pole-specific skills! You’ll learn a variety of spins, climbs, and transitions tailored to your level. You will be guided step-by-step, ensuring you feel confident and safe while mastering new moves. Progress is celebrated every step of the way.

Strength and Conditioning
Pole fitness is all about building strength and stamina. Each session includes exercises to target key muscle groups, helping you develop the power and control needed for pole tricks. Don’t worry—we make it fun and empowering!

Cool Down
We finish each class with a calming cool-down session. Using a blend of stretching and yoga-inspired techniques, you’ll increase your flexibility, improve recovery, and leave feeling relaxed and accomplished.

To begin with, you can wear leggings or joggers. As you progress, you will need skin contact to help you grip the pole so shorts work well. Don’t worry about looking a certain way—come dressed comfortably and ready to move. Avoid using lotion before your session as it can make the pole slippery.

Yes! Our 1-2-1 lessons are completely private, so it will just be you and your instructor, Emma. This creates a comfortable space where you can focus and progress at your own pace without distractions.

I only take photos or record at the students request. This is a great way to track progress or see the mechanics of a move. These are private and never posted unless the student granted specific permission.

Absolutely! It’s completely normal to feel nervous before trying something new. Rest assured, Pure Pole Fitness is a supportive and judgment-free space. We’ll go at your pace, and you’ll soon feel comfortable and confident.

Yes! Pole fitness is for everyone. No matter your age, body type, or fitness level, pole is a fantastic way to build strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.
